-FALL-
Hey! So it's been a little bit since our last update...but what's new right?! Well, we have been extremely busy getting the house ready for baby and everything else for that matter! We are so excited and only 4 more weeks to go! I can't believe that it is almost here, in 4 weeks our lives will change dramtically, but we are ready for that and we can't wait to hold our little man and give him all our love! I have been so blessed to have had such a great pregnancy this far. I have continued to work 40 hours a week and then some when I do hair, I have not been sick at all and the only things that I can find to complain about are my swollen feet and the discomfort at night. Oh and lets not forget the many trips to the bathroom! All in all we have been so lucky and I couldn't be more greatful!
This post is going to be kind of Random, but here is a little bit of what we've been up to this fall!

I have such great friends! The girls that I work with gave me a shower and it was such a blast! We hot so many fun things! Thanks girls! You are the best friends that I could ever have I love you so much!

All the girls from work!

Me and my lover! He stopped by the shower to partake of the yummy food!

Here's me in all my glory! ha ha my big belly! Oh boy I really hate pictures of me lately!

Robyn, me, Kristin, and Cass
What would we do without friends? I would seriously die! I am so greatful for them and for always listening to my beefs (I've had many since being prego) and giving me advice! I love them and I can't say that enough!

I love fall and I love Halloween! We carved pumpkins at my parents house one sunday and it was so fun! Last year we never got around to carving any and so this year I didn't want to miss out so we did it and they turned out so cute! We even did a baby one for Max!

Our little Pumkin Family!

On friday, the day before Halloween everyone at work dressed up. Even though it wasn't Halloween yet, it was still fun being in our costumes!

Robyn, me and Kristin

On Halloween Night Kade and Stace had a Halloween party. Brad had to work graveyards, but we went and had fun for a little bit! Everyone was dressed up and so it made it so fun! Even the dogs had little costumes on! They had yummy soup and bread bowls and we played games! Thanks for the fun party guys!

Me the Prego Pumpkin, and Brad the Big Bad Officer (this was his costume cause he had to go to work)

Me, Stace and McKell!

We have been having so much fun getting everything ready for the babe. It sure is a HUGE job, but a blast. We spent a saturday down in Ogden getting the rest of our big things that we needed from Babies R Us and then we went to dinner! It was fun spending the day with Brad and shopping!

This is kind of just random, but we were eating dinner at Chillis with Kade and Stace and we ran into Rulon Gardner. At first we didn't think it was him, but Brad walked up to him and said, "Has anyone ever told you that you look like Rulon Gardner?" and he said, "Well, I'd hope so!" and Brad said, "Why are you him?" and he said, "Yep!" It was kind of funny, but we sat there and shot the breeze with him for a minute and Brad thought that it was pretty cool!

This is probably the most important part of this post...Brad GRADUATED from the POLICE ACADEMY! YAY! This seriously was such a great night! Brad worked so hard for this and deserved every part of it! I am so proud of him and I am so glad that school is over! Brad would work 40 hours a week, go to school at night, and still find time to be a great hubby! I love you babe and I am so proud of you! YOU DID IT!

Brad's dad got to give him his certificate because he is a retired officer, it was really neat!

Devin and Brad, Devin graduated a couple months ago and he came in his uniform to show his support for Brad! Thanks guys we are lucky to have friends like you!

Me and Brad...you can see in this pic that I am swelling up to look like quite the balloon! The pic below just proves what I said even more! Quite the balloon! I sure hope that my feet look normal again someday, and the rest of me for that matter!

Well I hope that everyone is having fun getting ready for the holidays! I love this time of year and even though I could live without the snow it does make it cozy and festive!
I need to pack my hospital bags and have those ready so to all you moms out there I need advice on what to pack! I am totally clueless! Help me please!

You look so great! Only 4 weeks to go! Baby Max will be here in a blink of an eye. What I packed--travel size shampoo/conditioner, body wash, toothbrush and paste...because the hospital stuff isn't so great. Also, something cute for you to wear home...because maternity clothes don't fit right but neither do regular clothes quite yet. Also, if you plan on breastfeeding, get LANSINOH cream and start using it as soon as you start. Nothing hurts worse than cracked nipples. :(

Kenz your feet are so cute and swollen! They will go back to normal after Max comes don't worry! Congrats to Brad for graduating!! Yay! so what happens next? I guess Max happens next... :) Make sure you try to relax some more and keep that blood pressure down....you don't want to get toxemia and end up getting induced to get that baby out. Toxemia is a scary thing...be careful dear. When I went to the hospital to have Emerald, I packed so many things! I packed tennis balls in a sock so Jake could massage my back, magazines to look at, videos to watch, lifesavers to suck on, clothes, pads!, baby clothes, my pillow, slippers, night gowns...I went crazy! Well, it ended up that I was only in labor for 4 hours and I had an epidural so I was in NO pain and she came real fast! I never used half the crap I packed! You can find lists to pack online if you still need help. Hope all is well and man this is the biggest comment I have ever seen! Love you girl!

So I am like your friend Lena B. I packed everything under the sun and I also had a super fast labor so didn't use any of the stuff for the delivery part. Here is what I loved and couldn't do without. My robe (if you don't have a fav robe, maybe a fav soft blanket), slippers, my own pillow, FRIENDS on DVD cause the TV blows and you get board being there for two days. Of corse I would second the toothbrush, toothpaste and shampoo, for sure bring that stuff. Good luck Kenz! You'll do great no matter what you bring all you will really NEED is Brad there :)
