Fall has fell and well....Christmas is in full swing at our house!!!

I know I said that I would be better at this blogging thing, but you know how that really goes, right? ha ha I never can keep up and I'm sad to say that Fall is over and Winter is pretty much here...which means...my little babe is almost 1! AAHHH in 1 short month Max will be 1 year old...biter sweet moment! I LOVE LOVE LOVE this time of year...

not the cold

or the snow...

but all the family time in a cozy house smelling like Christmas and all decked out for the HOLIDAYS!

So, what's been going on with us you ask??? (if anyone evens reads our blog)

We have been super busy....SURPRISE??....NO! I think everyone is always super busy, there's no getting around it! But of course we have still found time to have fun and enjoy our little MONSTER, a.k.a MAX!

So instead of boring you with a bunch of PI SH-POSH, I'll just post some pics of what's been going on!

We threw my cute Sis-In-Law Stacie a BABY SHOWER! She is due on December 18th with a little baby girl! We couldn't be more excited! The shower was back in September...give me a break...better late than never...Right?!

And This little stud was crawling around the entire time...I think he even ate a piece of bark...OK, or 2!

Max LOVES to eat...usually! I think he was eating Spaghetti in this picture!

He is such a free spirited little stud! Don't get me wrong, there are those days where I want to throw him out the window...OK not really, but you get my drift, but over all he is such a good boy and he brings so much JOY into our lives!

-Here's some fun facts about the Maxers-

.He loves pasta.

.He signs milk, more, finished, please(still needs a little help with this one), eat(sometimes), and we're working on a few other ones.

.He waves hi, not hello...if you say hello he hold his hand up to his ear like a phone.

.He still loves bath time.

.He was on this kick where he would do the Itsy Bitsy Spider...not just the spider part, but the WHOLE THING, but now I can't get him to do it...no matter what I bribe him with.

.He was a lion for Halloween and when asked what a lion says...he'd ROAR...ADORABLE.

.Loves to watch Playhouse Disney in the mornings.

.He gets off the couch all by himself.

.He points at everything and says "DAH" I think he wants to talk so bad.

.WILL NOT say Mom...I've been working on this one for quite some time now and I have failed at getting him to say Mom.

.LOVES to read books.

.He has 4 teeth now. 2 bottom 2 top.

.Crawls super fast, pulls himself up to anything and will stand on his own for a while...till he realizes he's standing on his own and then he sits down.

.He is so loving and gives hugs and kisses all the time.

.He laughs so hard when he is being tickled.

.He gets into every cabinet possible.

.He LOVES to help load the dishes in the dishwasher.

.He is now sleeping so good again...KNOCK ON WOOD.

.He usually takes 2 hour and half to two hour naps a day.

.Brightens any room he is in with his sweet smile.

.He imitates any type of high pitch squeal someone does...I love that he does this...makes me laugh.

I could go on and on about my little man because it seems like he learns something new everyday! I wish I was better at blogging because this is my only documentation that I make of his milestones so hopefully I don't leave any out because I want to remember every little moment!

 These eyes melt my heart...I love him so much!

 Like I said...LOVES BATH TIME!

We got a new jogging stroller and he was testing it out after we put it together...I think he liked it!

OK, this picture and the next one crack me up. I went in to check on him before I went to bed and 2 nights in a row I found him in the FUNNIEST positions. I had to take a picture because I was laughing so hard!

You might think we're bad parents, but Max is in a BIG BOY seat now. He was starting to scream every time we would go somewhere in the car because he hated his seat so we bought the Graco toddler seat without knowing that it DIDN'T rear face so he sits in the middle now and can see the cars and trucks(everything he loves!) and he is SO SO SO much better in the car! It's so fun to look in my mirror and see his little sweet face! I love it! The picture above makes me laugh because this was his first time getting strapped in and I think it looks like he's looking at Brad saying,"Dad are you sure?" ha ha!

I forgot to mention that my son eat tomatoes...That's right...TOMATOES like they're going out of style! He loves them!

Our pumpkins! From left to right: Brad's was a scary face and then all the way around it was Cop stuff! My Mom's freaking awesome sculpted scary man! She just winged it and this is what she came up with...she's so talented! Last, but not least, my SPECIAL AGENT OSO PUMPKIN...Max's favorite show! He dug it!

Our cute little lion...the face paint was done by my Mom , but it didn't last long...Max hated it!

When we were done Trick-or-Treating we went to hang out at my Mom's house cause Brad was working. On the way out there I decided to give him a sucker cause he had been so good all night. BAD IDEA! He go on this sugar high and was acting all crazy! The pictures above and below are just some that I captured when he was out of control! I think in the picture above he's grinning at my mom cause she was holding some m&m's in her hand!

We were getting him ready for his bath and he started crawling away so then we put socks on his hands and his pants on his head and he was screaming and diving off the chair on to my Dad's belly and bouncing off the walls! It was hilarious!

Every Tuesday morning this is what we do. We sit at the window and wait for the garbage truck and the recycle truck! He is OBSESSED! When is comes and gets the garbage he just sits and breathes really heavy and watches it's every move, and then when it drives away he just sits and says, "da da da da" and waves and whimpers. It is so funny how obsessed he is with trucks and cars! He's all boy that's for sure!

The picture below is him holding the spoon up to his ear cause we said "hello!" This is his new thing that he does...makes me laugh!

So as you can see our life has been busy chasing around Max and playing with him and watching him grow! It's so much fun to see him learn and develop new skills or "tricks" as we like to call them!

Christmas is in like 41 days and it is going to be so fun this year with Max! I can't wait to see him with his gifts! He'll probably like the boxes more than anything else! Well, hopefully everyone has started Christmas shopping and getting in the holiday spirit! We put our tree up tonight and I'm loving it! Have a great week everyone!
