sick.sick.boy!
Max had a temperature of 103 for three days this last week. I was switching off with the Motrin and Tylenol and nothing was kicking it. I kept thinking...he's getting his molars...THIS SUCKS...Doctor?? Well finally after 2 nights of literally NO SLEEP...4 hours is all...thanks to my husband who saved me from going insane, and sat out on the couch with our sick baby and watched episode after episode of Caillou...(I HATE Caillou, but it helped Max get through this rough week so what the heck?!) I took him into the 5 Minute Clinic...That's all that was open at the time, but hearing Max scream for one more second was about to be the death of me. The Doctor took one look in each ear and said, "WOW! Those are angry ears!" My heart sank...all this time I thought it was his DARN molars coming in, but no...He had a Double Ear Infection...Poor dude! He is finally doing so much better and we have our old Maxers back! YAY! The pictures below are right before I took him to the doctor! He LOVES his snuggie (the white blanket/burp cloth thing he's holding) he wouldn't let it go to get in the tub...so I let him have it in there with him! ha ha I love this little dude so much! Even if we go for 48 hours and only sleep about 4 of those hours!
