SUMMA-TIME...When the livin' is easy!
Major, major update...like SERIOUS update!
So many pictures you'll probably get sick of looking at this, but for my sake...I'm postin' them ALL!
ENJOY!!!:)

Sugarland!
Probably one of the funnest concerts EVER...OK, so I've only been to a few, but the BEST by FAR!!
I don't think Brad knew I was so CRAZY and I think that I embarrassed our friends Phil and De de that we went with, but what can I say! I KNOW how to BUST-A-MOVE! OK?! lol! WE...or should I say, I...had so much fun!

Brad's family spent a day at Bear Lake last week and we got to tag along! It was so fun...very HOT, but tons of fun! Max is IN LOVE with the water, and even the HOT, HOT sand...(really! you could literally burn the bottom of your little feet!) We always leave there with sand in our britches and SMILES on our faces...TIRED smiles! Being in the sun ALL DAY wears ya right out!
Brad and Maxers enjoyed the raft that Hil and Wyatt brought up!
That was so smart to bring! Everyone LOVED it!
Classic...lol! Trying to get a good family shot is next to IMPOSSIBLE!
Oh-well, it's the thought that counts!
Maxers and Mommo (that's what Max calls me:) Big GOOFS!
What's SUMMA-TIME without a little corn-on-the-cob!
YUMM-O!?
For some reason these pictures didn't turn out so great, but Max LOVED wearing this helmet!
He'd put it on and then go to the door and say "BIKE!" He was all geared up and ready to RIDE!

Happy Anniversary to us! 8.10.07...this year was 4 big ones!
So our Anniversary was on a Wednesday and we both were working, so we talked and said we weren't gonna do anything for each other cause we were going SHOPPING in Park City for a weekend GETAWAY with our friends, so I didn't plan one thing for Brad because of what we had talked about and on the morning of our Anniversary I had to get up early...I walked into the bathroom to see this...
writing ALL OVER the mirror of CUTE little sayings that we say to each other and a cute card! I was almost in TEARS...those of you who know Brad know that he isn't much of a planner, but this little thing just meant SO MUCH to me! It left me feeling PRETTY GUILTY though, because I am usually the one that does this kind of stuff for Brad, so needless to say...he definitely SURPRISED me this time!
Park City 2011! Yay for a weekend GETAWAY!
We missed our little bubbers SO MUCH, but it was so nice to have some ADULT time! We ate out, sat in the hot tub, shopping, and oh-did I mention SHOPPING?!  lol
Above...a picture of me and my HOTTIE on our way to the top of the ALPINE SLIDE!
Our friends Phil and De De, we invited them along on the trip with us because they have a little boy Kyle who is 2 and they had never left him over night, we said that they needed time away...they AGREED! It was so fun!
Alpine Slidin' it! Such a BLAST!
Quick story...So my husband...whom I LOVE SO MUCH...is the king of BARGAINS! Anywhere we go, he's talking his way down on price or throwing in a free somethin'...you get my DRIFT?! So we got done with our first ride on the slide and he starts talking to one of the girls saying that it was our Anniversary and to PLEASE let us go again...I'm embarrassed like always so I'm just shaking my head, and the next thing I know he's on his phone showing this girl a wedding picture of ours so that she had proof! WELL, it worked cause we got a FREE ride! Well worth it Brad! EMBARRASSING, but well worth it!
Phil and De De at a yummy Mexican place that we ate at!
Aw...how PRECIOUS! lol
Such a fun VACA!

AUGUST 5, 2011
Brad turned 28! WOW! No better way to CELEBRATE than camping at Bear Lake! Brad was so excited to camp on his birthday this year, but apparently so was the rest of the world! It was Raspberry Days over at Bear Lake and I guess that camp grounds are reserved like a year in advance...WHO'D-A-THUNK-IT?! Lucky us, a spot opened up last minute and Brad's dream was fulfilled! Yay! It was so much fun! This was our third camping trip in our trailer and so Max was 10 times better, I think he just needed some time to get used to it!
We enjoyed the sun, the beach, the company, dutch oven Lasagna, JUNK FOOD galore, cupcakes for the BIRTHDAY BOY, and making memories to last FOREVER!!
Our set up! So fun!
Brad, AJ, and Maxers enjoying their bikes! I LOVE the bottom picture of Max CHEESN' it! Whenever we have the camera out, he's saying "CHEESE!" Love it!
Brad opening all his presents! He got spoiled with a Camp Chef Griddle, carrying cases for the griddle and camp chef, spatula things he wanted for the camp chef?! and some treats! He deserved it!
CAKE TIME! Brad chose CARS CUPCAKES! The boys LOVED them! They were a GIANT hit at this SHIN-DIG!
We spent Saturday at the Lake, pretty much ALL DAY! It was such a BLAST, but I think Max was WORN OUT! He fell asleep in his little floaty thing, just floatn' out in the water with his Mimi!
The Birthday Boy and me! Love him so much!

This boy LOVES his DADDA!
Cute little Parker was such a CHAMP! He is such a doll! We LOVE cousin PARKER!
Brad's sister, Hilary got us tickets to the Martin Harris Program this year. It had been a really long time ago that I last went to it so it had changed a little, but it was really good and we had fun hanging out with Hil and Bro(Wyatt)!
Wyatt and Hil! What a cute couple:)
This Summer has been filled with sun and water! I'm sad that I didn't get any pictures of Max swimming at the pool, but he LOVED it! Brad had the day off and so we decided to head on over to the pool. It wasn't too crowded and ended up being so much FUN! We haven't been to the pool a lot this Summer, but Max sure LOVES the water!!
After a LONG day of swimming, we headed over to Brigham to our friends Devin and Carlee's house for a little BBQ! They had some Sparklers and a few other fireworks leftover from the 24th of July so we played around with those! Max wasn't sure about them at first, but then he got used to the idea! It was such a fun, but EXHAUSTING day! Summer is the BEST

ZOO 2011...Max's first trip to Hogle Zoo!
Brad, me, Max, Mom and Kaul, thought that the Zoo sounded fun. I've been stressing about doing memorable things with Max this Summer because I feel like it just FLIES by and I don't wanna look back a wish we would've done things different. So we met up with our friend, Beth and her sisters who live down there and spent a FUN, but very SCORCHING day at the ZOO! Max absolutely LOVED it and it ended up being so much fun!
Max's first time seeing some MONKEYS! He just kept saying "OOOH-OOOH" Like the sound a Monkey makes! Cutest thing EVER!
Watching the ELEPHANTS with Dadda! He raises his arm like an Elephants trunk!
Family Pic at the Rhino Cave!
It doesn't look like it in this picture, but he LOVES his Dadda!
Riding the Carousel! I swear, getting this kid to look at me and smile (a good smile), is NEXT to IMPOSSIBLE! Oh-well, at least he's looking!
Beth and her sisters waiting for the ride to start!
Mom and Kaul! Watching us ride...around and around and around! lol
Max LOVES his Mimi!
My BEAUTIFUL mom and me!

Bear Lake trip #1!
We all had a day off during the week so we decided to head on over to the Lake. This was Max's first time there and I was worried that he'd hate it (he's not one to LOVE to get dirty(he's his mother's child)) I was wrong! He LOVED it! Kauley on the other hand was not a fan, so this trip was short-lived! Oh-well, still a blast!
Max and Momma! Not the happiest look on his face, but still cute:)
He was a HAPPY CAMPER just diggin' in the sand!
So worn out that he fell asleep as soon as he got in his car seat. He just wouldn't let go of his ball!
We ended this trip driving ALL the way around the lake and then getting SHAKES of course!

NAPA Family Reunion 2011!
Family Reunions are the BEST!  Every year my Nana and Papa have the annual NAPA reunion and this year we had it in my parents back yard! It was so fun seeing everyone and catching up! We had great food and great company! We are looking forward to next year!
Max and Dadda hangn' out in the hammock!
My CRAFTY mom came up with the idea of doing a little "drive in movie" with all the little grand kids! It was so cute. They made little cars out of boxes and then when they were all done they watched a movie outside on the projector and my mom served them popcorn! CUTEST idea EVER! The kids LOVED it too!
The picture above is Max painting his wheels for his car!
Max's car finished and ready for the MOVIE!

4th of JULY 2011!
The 4th of July weekend was so CRAZY busy, but so much fun! We had a family reunion that weekend and still enjoyed the festivities of Logan! We watched the fireworks in the Hospital parking lot cause Brad was working, so we joined him for some FUN!
We watched the Hyrum Parade...like always! After that we went to my parents house for a BBQ! I love the 4th of July!

Max LOVED the parade! Fire Trucks, Cop Cars, and CANDY! What more could a little boy want?!

Nelson Family Reunion 2011
Every year the Nelson's have their BIG reunion and for the last couple years it's been in the same place, Gunnel Park in Wellsville. I LOVE it there! It's all grass and there is a home made water slide for all the kids! Over-all it's just a fun place to be. This year we headed over to the Reunion after we got done with a camping trip up Willow Flatt's, so to say that we were WORN OUT would be an understatement! We stayed in our trailer and it ended up being such a BLAST!
Max ENJOYING his LICORICE!
Max and Uncle AJ going down the slide!
Max didn't really LOVE it all that much! ha ha
PARKER! Such a cutie! Always SMILING!
Max playin' with the hose! Thanks Trever for entertain' him!
Max with his new BUDDY, Carter!
Carter was so cute with Max!
I LOVE watching Max play with other kids!

1st Camping trip in the new TRAILER! Willow Flatt's 2011!
NIGHTMARE!
I didn't take many pictures during this trip because it was an ABSOLUTE nightmare and I've tried to FORGET about it!! I knew Max wouldn't sleep well the first night because I figured he'd have to get used to it, but oh-my-word! He didn't sleep either of the nights and that resulted in a VERY, VERY GROUCHY boy! Oh-well! You live and learn. Max is now getting used to the idea of the trailer and each camp trip gets better and better!
We went up with our good friends Phil and De de. They have a little boy Kyle. Max LOVES "Kawa"!
The Glovers joined us too, sorry no pictures for proof though!
The only time Max smiled the entire 3 days and I got it on camera! Wahoo! I still LOVE him even though he was a little STINKER this trip! Notice the cookie in his hand...could be playing a part in the SMILE!
LOVES his Dadda!

Lagoon 2011
This was Max's second time to Lagoon, but I think he enjoyed it SO MUCH MORE this year! I was SHOCKED to see him get on all the little kid rides without even thinking twice about it and then asking for more when they were done! My baby boy is just growing up way to FAST for me!
Max on all the little kid rides! He LOVED them!
No, Max isn't crying...he's saying "CHEESE!"
Riding on the TRAIN!
Of course we enjoyed some ICE CREAM...I think Max enjoyed his a little more than we did! lol
Riding the Sky Ride with Mimi and Pop Pop!
To end the night with a BANG. Brad, my dad and me went on the SKY COASTER...at least that's what I think it's called! It was such a RUSH!
