You are 2.5 years old!

I CAN'T believe it!

You are so smart, funny, stubborn, strong headed, and you keep your dad and I on our toes DAILY!

You weigh almost 35 pounds...you HUSKY little thing!

You are quite attatched to mom and dad lately. We think it's because you sense that your world is about to change. Little brother will be born any day now and so we like to think that your soaking up every last second you can with just the 3 of us!!

You have turned into quite a BIG BOY in just a few short months. You got your new bedroom downstairs that you ABSOLUTELY LOVE! You sleep so great down there and you love your Twilight Turtle that you got as your present for moving down there!

We still change you upsatairs in the brother's room and everytime we go in there you say, "AW, it's so cute!" EVERYTIME! I LOVE it!

You are always making mom hold her shirt up so you can "see" brother and at night while I'm lotioning you after bath time, you of course have to lotion MY belly or "baby brother" as you say! Mom and dad are so excited to see what a great BIG BROTHER you are going to be!

You are getting so great at COUNTING!

You count to 12 so good, and you make mom laugh so hard when I help you with 13 and 14 and you ALWAYS say, "I don't like 14!" and you continue on with "FIVE TEEN!"

You are not at all interested in the alphabet....something mom needs to work on!

You are great with colors! You can name pretty much every color and mom especially loves when you ask her, "what color's it?!" and before she can answer you answer first and then say, "THAT'S RIGHT!"

You are getting better with shapes too which is fun to watch!

You LOVE nursery! You don't even wait for mom to walk you there, you just march down the hall and know exactly where to go!

You are so good at saying your prayers at night. Mom LOVES this so much and the first time you did it she cried casue it melted her heart! The way you talk is something we want to remember FOREVER!!!!!

You LOVE your Poppy, Mimi, Nana, and Papa! Anytime we mention seeing them you light up. Same goes for your cousins and your BEST BUD Kyle!

You LOVE watching CARS, Doc McStuffins, Caillou, Justin Time, and Little Mermaid!

Anytime you can be outside...you are! You LOVE rididng your bike, playing with the hose, throwing rocks in the river, swimming in Poppy's hot tub, kicking a soccer ball, and just RUNNING! You run EVERYWHERE you go!

Somethings that you and mom love to do are going to get our drink and treat DAILY! Cuddling and watching a show in the mornings, going for walks, cooking, laundry (YES, you LOVE to help me so laundry) or any cleaning actually, singing songs before bed, and just laughing together!

Somethings you and dad love to do are playing in the cop car, being outside, "helping" to fix things, swinging, jumping on the tramp, wrestling, tickling, and laughing together!

We LOVE you so much BIG BOY and LOVE watching you grow and learn every single day! You change so much so fast and we wished it would SLOW down! We know that you are going to be the BEST big brother! Baby brother is one LUCKY dude having you to look up to!
