St. George!!

My parents took us to St. George for an early Christmas present. Brad's Sheriff's Conference fell the three days before so we went down early and got to enjoy an ENTIRE week in the sunshine!!!

Vacations are the best for a lot of reasons, but my faves are:

Sleeping in, eating good food, no agenda, and the best of all FAMILY TIME!!

We got to spend an ENTIRE week with Brad and if you know our family, that NEVER happens! It was the best! It's sad to say that by the end we were biting each others heads off cause we aren't used to spending that much time together! Ha Ha:)

The three days that we were there before my family joined us, Brad had class for most the day so I got together with my friend from 8th grade, Jamie that lives down there. She has a cute little girl Savannah and her and Max had fun playing together! We went shopping and just hung out. When Brad got done her husband was off work too so they came swimming with us and we ordered pizza! It was so fun getting together with them and catching up, I love that Brad and Seth get along great too!

Kannon's first time swimming was a success, he loved it so much. Max, as always, loved it too. He's never timid. He is definitely our little fish and I think Kannon will be just like his brother! 

 

When my family came down it was time for the fun to begin! My parents bought us all tickets to see Aladdin at Tuacahn and then they also bought just us girls tickets to see Hairspray, but before the shows they wanted to give Max and Naves their early Christmas presents...

They LOVED their new bikes and rode them all over the garage!

Our date night to Aladdin! This was my favorite show! It was so so so good! I LOVED it and I was SHOCKED that Brad loved it just as much! We had AMAZING seats and, UH, it was the BEST!

This was the genie! He made the whole show, he was AMAZING!

 

It was so much fun to have a date night out to such an AWESOME show! Thanks mom and dad for watching all the kids so we could enjoy it:)

One night we took the kids to a place called Anti Gravity, it's like the Jump Zone. It was so fun. Very HOT and DIRTY, but so fun! Baths were a MUST after....

Does anyone else's kids sweat as much as mine?

NERD ALERT!

Our last night just the girls got to go to Hairspray while the boys kept all the kids! I was a little worried about leaving them, but it worked out great and it was such a fun Girls Night Out!

Some of the cast. It was Edna Turnblad's last night. She/He was AMAZING and I'm so glad that we got to see him in it cause he made the show!

The ride home went a little better than the ride there...Kannon HATES his car seat so I had to sit in the back the whole time, but it was OK!

 

All in all it was such a fun and much needed vacation. Why is it that you feel you need a vacation to recover from a vacation?! Ugh...I'm STILL trying to recover! Ha Ha:)
